A legal disclaimer/Refund policy
All vendor table purchases are Non-Refundable. If a vendor is unable to attend any show/event for any reason, they will be eligible & receive a vendor table rebooking credit for any future show/event within that year. You must give prior notice of (30) Days before a show/event to check for availability to use your vendor table rebooking credit. Any notice given in less than the (30) Days the vendor table rebooking credit will not apply at that show/event. For Questions & Concerns email us at phoenixcardshow@gmail.com
NOTE: Vendor table rebooking credit will be sent to the info provided by the vendor.
Vendor Table Rebooking Credit Can Not Be Gifted/Resold. Credit Will Then Be Invalid.
Code Of Conduct
All Vendors will be Expected to Maintain a Respectful and Professional Attitude Towards All Staff, Customers, Other Vendors & Any Other Guest that may be Present at ALL TIMES. Any Form of Disrespectful, Aggressive, Inappropriate Behavior - Including but not Limited to Verbal Abuse, Threats, Harassment will Result in Immediate Removal from the Show/Event without a Refund/Credit & will be Permanently Banned from Any and All Future Shows/Events
