Vendors Who Chose Not To Follow The Rules Below May Lose The Opportunity To Be A Vendor At Any Future Show/Event The Phoenix Card Show Organizes.​

1, Each Vendor & their Associates/Employees ("Vendor") Shall Act Professional & Respectful. Any Rude or Abusive Behavior Will Not Be Tolerated. Phoenix Card Show is for Collectors/Investors of All Ages & Should Stay a Safe & Friendly Show/Event for Everyone.

 

2. All Vendors Must Abide by All Laws, Regulations, Venue Rules & Reasonable Instructions from Venue Employees & Phoenix Card Show Staff. Phoenix Card Show is Not Responsible for Any Vendor's Actions.

 

3. Vendor's CAN NOT Sublet "Rent, Sale, Lend or Transfer their Table" Without the Permission of The Phoenix Card Show within 14 Days (2 Weeks) of the Dated Show/Event. Any Sublet Tables Will Be Cancelled Without Refund/Credit.

 

4. All Vendors Must Check In at the Registration/Ticket Table Saturday Between 7:00AM - 9:00AM.

 

5. All Vendor's Must be Ready for VIP Attendees by 9:00AM. 

 

6. Vendor's who have Not Checked In by 9:00AM Must Wait in the Lobby for All VIP Attendees to Enter the Show/Event.

 

7. ALL VENDOR'S Must Show Photo ID at Vendor Check In.

 

8. ALL VENDOR'S MUST Wear a Vendor Badge. Only Vendor's can have a Vendor Badge.

TWO (2) Vendor Badges will be Issued Per Table.

 

9. ALL VENDOR'S are Required to Follow State Laws Regarding Sales Tax & Business Licensing.

 

10. All Vendor Table Purchases are Non-Refundable. If a Vendor is Unable to Attend Any Show/Event for Any Reason, They will be Eligible & Receive a Vendor Table Rebooking Credit for Any Future Show/Event Within that Year. You Must give Prior Notice of (30 Days) Before a Show/Event to Check for Availability to Use your Vendor Table Rebooking Credit. Any Notice Given in Less Than the (30 Days) The Vendor Table Rebooking Credit Will Not Apply at that Show/Event. For Questions & Concerns Email Us At phoenixcardshow@gmail.com

NOTE: Vendor Table Rebooking Credit will be Sent to the Info Provided by the Vendor.

Vendor Table Rebooking Credit Can Not Be Gifted/Resold. Credit Will Then Be Invalid.

 

11. Selling Food, Beverages, Counterfeit, Stolen or Tampered Products Is Strictly Forbidden.

 

12. Any Vendor Caught Selling Counterfeit, Stolen or Products That Have Been Tampered With  Will Be Removed From The Show/Event & The Premises & Permanently Banned From All Future Shows/Events.

 

13. Vendor's Can Not Move or Adjust Table Placement without Permission of the Phoenix Card Show. Vendor's Can Not Block or Obstruct Fire Doors & Exits.

 

14. Vendor's Agree to Indemnify & Hold Phoenix Card Show, Its Affiliates & The Venue Harmless Against Any Claims for Damages, Liability, Theft, or Other Cost or Losses Caused by Vendor(s) or any Person(s).

 

15. Vendor's May Not Use Speakers without Consent of the Phoenix Card Show.

 

16. Vendor's May Not Engage in any Activities that are Disruptive to Attendees, Other Vendors or the Show/Event.

 

17. Gambling, Games of Chance & Spinning Wheels are Prohibited.

 

18. NO Firearms or Weapons Allowed. 

 

19. All Vendor Displays must be Reasonable in Size, Appearance & Content, Displays may Not Obstruct Attendees, Other Vendor's or Exits without Approval of the Phoenix Card Show.

20. Show/Event Location is Subject to Change. If Show/Even Location does Move, the Layout will Remain the Same and/or Vendor's will be Allowed to Sublet Tables as long as it Does Not Interfere with Other Vendor's, Attendees or Fire Exits.

 

21. Phoenix Card Show & Vendor's Will Promote One Another.
